Bed was really comfortable. Room had lots of space with sitting (settee) area. Loads of space to park. Really quiet. Quick check in.

The room was very large and quiet. We got a family room and brought our own travel cot for our 1 year old and there was plenty of space for the cot and for her to roam around.
Good selection of biscuits, tea and coffee in the room.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Parking was free and literally at the front door.
The breakfast selection was limited.
The hotel could do with a little bit of TLC but nothing that affected the comfort of our stay.
Not an issue for us but there was no lift in this hotel.

The breakfast was adequate. The first member of staff we met was very helpful and friendly. Didn't really see the other one .
The fact that there is no bar and no meals is a real down side for the hotel . But is to be expected with foreign owners (culture differences) . Our room had no heating and the sockets for the television didn't work
