I would recommend this place for family with kids who love nature. Very homie. The staff are nice and helpful, *** and her staff. This hotel is close to Chiangdao cave, hot spring, Japanese restaurant, Thursday night market and all other tourist spots since Chiangdao is only a small city so everything is not far from each other.
The only thing you need to consider when you want to stay here is you should bring mosquito repellent especially when you have kids. Actually every place we visited in Chiangdao, we have to spray mosquito repellent since Chiangdao is mostly forest and nature. The city itself doesn’t not have enough streetlights yet so you have to be very cautious when you are driving car or moped at night. The hotel is not that squeaky, sparkly clean like a 5 star hotel but they make sure that the whole place is clean, presentable and the ambiance is fantastic!
Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place that’s cheap, peaceful, forest ambiance but close to everywhere you wanted to go to.
We booked for 2 days but decided to extend a little bit longer cause we loved the place.

We booked for a couple of nights but ended up extending our stay.
Staffs were friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and well function.
Everything work as it should and the place is so lush and green. It was very relaxing place.
We would definitely stay there again.

Old hotel and run down. Grounds not well maintained although nicely landscaped. Area surrounding pool is dirty and messy. From the pictures there is supposed to be a river with rafting but there was none. Breakfast was to order. Staff friendly enough to accommodate. The whole place is badly in need of a makeover.
