Très bien dans l'ensemble avec un bon équipement (lave linge, lave vaisselle). Appartement propre. Vue splendide. Un tout petit bémol concernant le balcon qui est un peu étroit.

La vue sur le chateau est magnifique et c'est le principal avantage. Le logement est assez désuet avec beaucoup de mobilier et d'objets pas nécessaires. Ce qui ajoute l'impression d'un ménage pas fait à 100% ou en tout cas difficile à faire à fond. A l'arrivée une forte odeur de poisson (les précédents locataires étaient pêcheurs)
