老闆很親切，會事先提供周邊好玩景點資訊，還熱心幫我們購買知名早餐店，讓我們可以睡飽飽。停車塲很多位置，房間外還有陽台，一樓客廳有礦泉水和水果，整體算是CP值高的一次住宿體驗。
我們這次住最樓上，會隱約聽見樓下的聲音，但還在可以接受的範圍內。

走路200公尺就可到童玩節親水公園門口, 可以隨時回房間吹冷氣. 民宿主人林先生很熱心且會介紹宜蘭周遭好玩的景點, 還會準備免費的香蕉供房客食用. 他推薦我們去只有周六才有的冬山夜市. 停車方便. 房間冷氣夠強, 沒有菸味. 來來牛排走路1分鐘, 可以抽號碼後回房間吹冷氣等.
周遭都是民宿, 附近整棟出租的有些整晚唱KTV跟打麻將的, 但幸好他們有克制且隔音不錯, 影響不大. 房間不大, 廁所空間小. 接7丙的路上7-11旁邊一堆違停車輛, 會擋住車子從巷口出來的視線, 有點危險.
