Bad mit Dusche könnte modernisiert werden, zum Beispiel kein Duschvorhang. Mehr Einlegeböden in den Schränken.

Wenn das Haus voll belegt ist, dann ist eine Dusche (die keine Wasserdichte Kabine hat und das Badezimmer unterwasser setzt) zu wenig. Die Fussbodenheizung im Bad hat einen Kurzschluss.
