The location is fantastic! Really cool, big garden! Quiet and calm.
Beds are very uncomfortable. The whole house is showing signs of being old. It could be cleaner. The shower floor requires deep cleaning and new fugues. The sink in the bathroom was also almost blocked. And the kitchen drawers are dirty as well. Keep in mind the electricity you use is payable additionally!!

Nice location, renovated bathroom.
The key safety box is placed on unusual place, I had a big issue to find it when arrived in a darkness (~23:00). Nobody was picking up the phone to navigate me. Missing instruction, how to control the heating of the house.
