Katastrophe und ganz sicher nie wieder mit Novasol

Nichts

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus in meinem miserablen Zustand. Wir hatten Schimmel an Wänden, Wasserflecken an der Decke, Essen vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank, nasse Handtücher vom Vormieter im Bad, defekte Spülmaschine, defekte Lampen, verdreckte Matratzen, dreckiges Geschirr und grundsätzlich Dreck in der Wohnung. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit Novasol hat man uns auf die AGB verwiesen und das zunächst ein Reinigungsteam kommen solle. Wir sind am Samstag angereist, das Reinigsteam könne aber frühestens Montag kommen. Da wir Donnerstag aber schon wieder abreisen wollten, hätten wir die Hälfte unseres Urlaubs in diesem verdreckten Haus verbringen sollen. Die Höhe war dann noch der Kommentar von Novasol, dass die Verdreckung nicht ausreicht, damit man uns eine alternative Wohnung anbietet! Somit sind wir gleich am Sonntagmittag wieder abgreist!
