Breakfast choices were good and portions adequate. Shared kitchen though tiny was clean and well equipped. It is an old style, rambling property offering multiple seating areas including a pleasant patio area with a good view of sunsets. Location is excellent, just metres from a supermarket and the seafront.

The two dogs on the property were sweet but barked a great deal when street and other dogs passed by. Also barked a lot at night and kept us awake. Some light construction was underway and began early even on Sunday.

Staff members were very helpful trying to do as much as possible to meet your expectations. They changed our room 3 times. It was not because we were picky. The rooms had issues ( wi fi didn't work on the third level, drainage at the shower had problem) The hotel needs updates. But you get what you pay for. They served typical Nicaraguan breakfast (rice and scrambled egg or pancakes) and coffee. The filtered water was available at the lobby.

Lots of noise from outside, hotel located on a very busy street. There were 2 dogs belonging to the hotel, they were barking late at night and early in a morning. I didn't have a good sleep in this hotel. Also they were repairing a roof. And they started at 7:00 a.m every morning

The location of the hostel was great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff was helpful. Typical (rice with beans and scrambled egg) breakfast was good. The bed was soft

The first room we changed because the shower didn't drain. The second room was changed because wifi didn't work. The third room's shower and wifi were ok however it was a room on the first floor and it was very noisy down there. Dogs were barking during a night, noise from street traffic and whatever repairs they did started at 7 a.m.. It is not a hostel where you can relax.
