Perfect villa with a lot of place: separate kitchen with beautiful dishes and separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. Very clean surrounding. A pool area with all equipment needed. Villa also has a perfect padel court with lights, balls and etc. Great locations (sightseeings) are nearby (40-50min away).

Rosolinni city is not far away, but you need a car to reach it. And city itself nothing special. Payment via Novasol was something new for us from Booking.com

Gepflegte Anlage in naturbelassener einsamer Umgebung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlich. Ein großes Vielzahl von Zimmern stehen zur Auswahl. Internet ist auf der gesamten Anlage vorhanden. Im Haupthaus befindet sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Eine Aussenküche mit grossem Grill ist vorhanden. Die Mülltrennung funktioniert dank den eigenen Tonnen sehr gut. Ein großer Pool mit Aussendusche runden das Angebot ab. Zusätzlich steht noch ein besonderer Tennisplatz zur Verfügung.

Verbrauchskosten sollten im Preis inkludiert werden. Restaurant und Läden sind relativ weit entfernt.

A beautiful property with a wonderful pool and a range of outdoor spaces. We were a group of 14 ranging from 14 to 78 and everyone enjoyed their holiday here. The caretaker was very attentive and responded quickly to any issues or queries. The villa is away from other properties so we never needed to worry about noise.

There seemed to be a lot of "rules" which were set out in red books in every room. The presence of the caretaker and other people on the site of the property felt a bit intrusive at times. The hot tub was only available for 9 of the 14 days we were there. There was no explanation for this. The hob in the kitchen was very small when trying to cook for 14.

Excellent swimming pool, picturesque outdoor areas, beautiful surroundings and very relaxing living area

All rooms are separate which makes it difficult when staying there with kids. There is, however leant of room in grown up rooms to fit a few children if necessary.
