The views were amazing from upstairs

The pool was not cleaned for 2 weeks it was green water when we left

A little tired looking. No air conditioning (not that we needed it as the weather was rubbish, but wouldn’t stay in the summer)

Fin beliggenhet, flott uteområde med basseng. Det var veldig kaldt i bassenget da det ikke var noen form for oppvarming.

Litt ukomfortable møbler og lite utstyr på kjøkken. Leiligheten trenger nok generelt en oppgradering, men prisen var lav slik at det er nok en sammenheng. Vil fremheve terrassen og størrelsen på huset som veldig bra.

Location was excellent. We know the area inside out. The view from the villa was excellent and beds were very comfortable. the villa is spacious. Aircon would have been a nicety.

So the pictures advertised were for a different villa entirely. We arrived at the villa advertised only to be met by a German couple who were as confused as us when i showed the documentation which was clearly the villa they were staying in. This is a complex of villas and we met Lourdes where she showed us to villa number 7. All seemed well at first passing the pleasantries. My daughter and I couldn't wait to get into pool which was a nice size. After a while my eyes began to sting but I just put this down to sun-cream maybe getting in my eyes but then my wife noticed a rash on our daughters body and legs where we had to abandon the swimming. We complained where the owner said there was not enough chlorine in the pool. We were still itching 5 days later. Then we complained there was no free wifi as advertised which after 3 hours they rectified with a router that could only be placed the bedroom downstairs where you could hardly get the signal upstairs in the living quarters. There was Spanish DTV and some sat English news stations. We bought an android Mibox in Arricefe and was able to entertain our daughter with Netflix via HDMI port to TV. The electrics in the villa need a complete overhaul with sockets pulled out from the wall, very dangerous. Lights did not work in our daughters bedroom where we got a side lamp working. We went to rinse out our clothes in the washing machine and it made sounds like a tractor and locked our clothes in it. The owners replaced the washing machine the next day. The toaster sparked and eventually burnt out. At this stage we did not want to complain any more. Then we went to dry our daughters hair to go out for dinner. Yes you guessed it the hairdryer went into complete melt down going red hot and smoke spouting out . Faulty Towers would pass with flying colours compared to this place. I have never written a review before but this one had to be executed. Dont bring children . Get confirmation on the actual villa for your stay.
