Bardzo sympatyczny, rzeczowy, komunikatywny pan w recepcji. Bardzo życzliwe Panie z obsługi przy śniadaniu. Dyskretne aczkolwiek dostrzegające wszystkie potrzeby i reagujące natychmiast na braki np. kawy w ekspresie, czyste filiżanki etc. .Spory wybór na śniadanie. Pyszny deser. Przyjemny wystrój pokoju. Cicho.
Odczucie bardzo subiektywne- dla mnie za miękki materac. Napełnianie wody w spłuczce toalety trwało wieki, co było bardzo niekomfortowe. Klucze do pokoju a właściwie pęk kluczy -mega niewygodne- wielka metalowa zawieszka z numerem pokoju, klucz do pokoju, klucz do drzwi głównych, pinezka do bramy. Stanowczo wolę rozwiązania na kartę. Rozumiem jednak, że to kosztowna inwestycja.

Gorąco polecam ten obiekt głównie za idealną lokalizację w samym sercu Kudowy, czystość a nade wszystko rewelacyjne śniadania ❗️❗️❗️
