was met on arrival and taken to the villa, we were a party of seven and found it clean and spacious, nice beaches were only for us a short walk, some family got a taxi back for 12lv. Parking in sozopol is not good please only use parks as there are many tow away zones, car parks 3lv an hour

Our stay at Sani Villages was great! The house is lovely and rooms comfortable, as well the garden. Not to mention the view - amazing!
The only "minus" i guess, would be the distance to the beach or the town.Still doable!
I dont think something can get better - you have the nature, sea, beach,, and a lovely house to stay in:)!

Great setup, beautiful villas with one shared central pool on the hill, owner is friendly and helpful and lives at the location.
Well equiped kitchen and a nice patio. Sea was warm and clean with just a bit of waves. Calm neighbourhood.
Villa is on the hill and a bit distant from the centre, so we chose to drive car anywhere we needed to go, even beach or evening walks. Beds are big but the mattresses are kind of squeaky and plain. A lot of mosquitos outside, (nets are present everywhere though).
