Highly recommended

Wonderful, fully renovated apartment in a great location at the historical centre of Anguillara. It has two bedrooms equipped with airco and two bathrooms, plus a cosy living room with open kitchen. There is free parking nearby (5min walk) and a big supermarket. Great views from the roof terrace and close to the lake. Our host was extremely helpful. Great quality - price!

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful small town on Lago Bracciano

Very comfortable apartment. Well located. Great owner, Paola, gave us good nearby restaurant tips. Great view from rooftop balcony. Parking was available in nearby Piazza dei Bastoni and is free from 8pm to 8 am.

We had absolutely no complaints.

A dream Italian holiday

The host was very responsive at all times to any queries we had. The apartment was brilliant and the location incredible. Some amazing restaurants within 100 metres of the apartment. The aircon in the room was a god send due to the heat. The private roof terrace was the cherry on the cake with amazing views of the lake which is a short walk away.

Real Italy only 30 minutes north of the city of Rome!

The location of the flat is marvellous - in the beautiful old town and very well situated for cafes, bars, access to the lake and the local supermarkets. Our host Paola was absolutely outstanding. We had so many questions about the local area and local transport, plus asked to borrow ironing equipment etc. as we had to get to a wedding. Paula was always very quick to respond, very friendly and all info and equipment spot on. Excellent English too (our Italian is non existent). On the first day the breakfast was provided in a local cafe - and it was excellent. The next day, the cafe was closed so our host provided breakfast which we ate on the sun terrace. This was also excellent - Paola had asked us in advance what time and what we wanted. It was perfect. In summary, the flat was perfect and our host - Paola - was THE BEST - very friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The only thing I would say is that we would have explored this area better and more widely had we had our own transport. We didn't and had to rely on public transport - very good for getting to and from Rome, but more difficult to get about within the area itself. Taxis do exist but sadly we were unable to book. This is a top tip for the area rather than the B&B though...

Lovely location, right in heart of old town and a few minutes from the lake. Very clean and pleasant house with a large dining area and cooking facilities (shared), and a wonderful terrace on the roof with perfect views of the lake. We were greeted so warmly, and the host even picked us up from the train station. Very kind and generous. We hope to return!

It’s a renovated house in the old town of Anguillara Sabazia. You can only reach it by foot but there are spaces for parking 2minutes from the house. Paola is the nicest host ever. Staying there is highly recommended!
