The view from the hotel was absolutely spectacular and more than made up for the hotel being a little dated. The location was perfect, just a stone’s throw from Mazzarò Beach, Isola Bella and the cable cars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast.
The hotel and rooms are a little dated and could benefit from some updating. The air conditioning also wasn’t very good, particularly in the extreme summer heat.

Location was great.
Very run-down rooms in desperate need of an uplift. Felt dirty and old. Reception staff were rude and didn’t even look up during the entire check in process.
