Spacious, clean apartment with great location, friendly staff

The apartment was clean, with friendly staff and a great location. Everything you need is nearby — a supermarket, bakery, fish market, and a market with fresh fruits and vegetables. Also a lot of bars and restaurants. The property includes an assigned parking space. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large main room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, and two balconies. It also had an air conditioner and useful amenities like towels and bedding.

Good

The location of the property is definitely a positive aspect: close to the beach and shops, with private parking and a garden, which is very convenient especially for families with children. The receptionist at the agency was very kind and thoughtful. She even gave us a traditional colomba pasquale, which was an and unexpected gesture that made our kids happy.

There were several downsides that affected our stay. Since we didn’t stay for a full week, bed linens and towels were not provided, but the main issue was the complete lack of basic supplies: no soap, toilet paper, sponges, cleaning products, or even a garbage bag. It also seemed like we were the first guests after the winter season, as there was a lot of dust on top of the wardrobes and dead insects under the beds. The apartment was cold and very damp, and although there were air conditioners, they couldn't be used because there was no remote control. It was colder in the apartment than outside but we couldn't keep the windows opened because of the mosquitoes. The absence of mosquito nets was a big downside, as there were too many even if it was just the end of April. We understand the price was low, but we still expected a minimum level of cleanliness and basic amenities.

Good location in a quiet and peaceful place. The price also includes a place on the beach. Restaurants, grocery store and bike rental nearby.

Bed linen and towels were unfortunately not included in the price.

Excellent!

Location was perfect in a nice and quiet area, absolutely met our expectations. Private parking space, shops nearby. The flat was cleaned up, big and spacious rooms, nice terrace and garden. Kitchen is fully equipped. WIFI also excellent. Towels and linen are also included.

Missed a microwave and if you wanna use the air-condition you have to pay for it.

Great stay.

Our stay was great. The appartment was very nice. It was clean and comfortable, large, fully equiped. Our appartment had reserved parking place in the garden. We picked up keys in the office nerby. We also asked for high chair and baby cot, bed linen and air conditioning remote control and they were prepared in our appartment soon.

Very good

Quiet area, excellent balcony, on-site parking, large and very clean rooms. At our request, we were provided with fresh bed linen and towels, the reception staff brought them to us themselves. The price includes a place on the beach, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella.

The smell of sewage in the bathroom (apartment number 3) lacks a kettle, microwave and frying pan. No hygiene products - soap or disinfectant and toilet paper. (we left 3 rolls there, we hope they stay there for the next guests)

Pretty good

Kitchen equipment, cleanliness, quiet area, strong WiFi. Towels and linen are included in the price. Comfortable beds. The best ice cream shop is in 5 minutes by walking.

The beds smell bad. The balcony is very strait. The microwave oven is really missing. The air conditioner is in the price, but the consuption is not :(

Perfect family vacation location

The beach is only 10 minutes away (by foot). The location is quite yet close to everything (store, church, post office, pharmacy, beach, restaurants). It was clean, neat.

Ein sehr gutes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Sauberes Apartement. Nur der Garten war etwas anders als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Terasse ist vom Appartement getrennt mit einem Durchgang, durch welchen auch die Nachbarn laufen. Ansonsten war alles super und das Personal bei allen Fragen sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Terrasse ist nicht besonders bequem, da Nachbarn durchlaufen.

Locale rinnovato e piacevole. Zona tranquilla a pochi min a piedi dalla spiaggia e ad un passo dal centro.

Mancano delle presine in cucina che potrebbero essere utili e difficilmente si pensa a portarle da casa. Magari un solo rotolo di carta igienica potrebbe essere utile e dare il tempo per fare la spesa. Nelle pulizie comprendere togliere le ragnatele dal soffitto...

Super ubytování za rozumnou cenu

Ubytování čisté, prostorné a útulné. Spaní pohodlné, postele nebyly proleželé. Vybavení dostačující na běžný pobyt. Personál příjemný a ochotný. Vše nám vysvětlili a po telefonu i poradili.

Ložní prádlo není v ceně pobytu.
