The location is convenient. It is clean and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the atmosphere is nice.
Something minor. The bathtub and the bathroom sink took a long time to drain the water. We couldn’t tell if they were clogged or simply the way their pipes work.

Location and easy access
It was dirty, towels and bed sheets had stains. Somebody’s toenails on the bathroom floor, toilet didn’t flush well and had stains. Someone’s dog chewed the window seal off. Floor above is very creaky.
