It’s conveniently located, close to but not on the beach. The staff is excellent.
The ground floor where my Studio unit was located, will undergo an update this Spring. The kitchen was ill equipped and while my unit was immaculately clean, it does need an upgrade.

very nice property and was within 5 minute walk of where my sister and friends were staying. central to downtown. The full size fridge and stove were great to have.
They don’t provide a microwave or coffee pot and toaster for short term stays. The room safe did not work and was not repaired while I was there even though I requested it be functional and was told it would be repaired the next day.

Towels were tiny and stained, they did not have towels in good condition available. Parking lot got full and we had to park on the street. There was no mirror in the bathroom. This hotel is not located at the foot of the beach but rather a block away. Not good value for the price.
