The bed was extremely comfortable, the Merlot was lovely, and breakfast was excellent.
It was a bit too peaceful for us and it was impossible to find a dinner option in the area. On site evening meal options seemed limited to pizza!

It was a lovely old building and the grounds was really exquisite. The breakfast was really good.
We got lost on our way to the property as the map facility took us into farm lands. The floor in front of our room was extremely slippery and I had a tumble the night we arrived. the heater in the room was broken and the towels needs some upgrading as it is extremely worn. We heard during breakfast the next morning that all the other rooms have towel heaters and they seem to be very new and upgraded.
