Don't recommend! Poor quality versus price but nice staff
Just the location and the staff
The sheets and covers smelled badly and the mattress wasn't comfortable. I don't think it's a good quality versus the price

Good enough for a short stay, no high expectations, just a place to sleep.
The ladies in the reception area are very accommodating and wonderful. Very close to the train station, which is nice if you have a day trip to Beaune.
The carpets & aircon unit look old & dated.

The experience was generally positive and enjoyable
The breakfast and location. You will get 50% off ticket for the parking at the central bus station nearby.
The room is kinda noisy ;-(

Very loud
The staff was very polite and friendly, and they spoke English very well. If not for them, I would rate the hotel lower, but I want to pay respect to their work, as they do they job very well.
The biggest issue was lack of any noise isolation between the rooms. There was literally a door in the wall ( locked, but still) so I could hear everything. And the couple in the room next to mine was very loud at night - if you know what I mean - and literally banging at this door too. I slept 4 hours in total at night thanks to them as they also woke me up in the morning. Akward, annoying, and innapropriate for a hotel which for me ( Campanile, as a chain) should be a high quality hotel - in my country 3 star hotels ( as it's written at the hotel entrance) are usually modern and they take care of such details as noise suppresion. Moreover, the room was incredibly ugly - there's no other word for it - lamps that should be in a rubbish bin decades ago, carpet floor ( which probably houses tones of bacteria), and an old bathtub in the bathroom ( who even uses bathtubs in the hotels anymore, it's so unhygenic). The breakfast was all right but the coffee was terrible ( though, I had never had a good coffee in France ) and the cutlery was dirty. I also didn't like it that people took baguettes to cut in their hands and later put them back - there should be some way to avoid eating food touched by dozens of hotel guests before.

Stay away from this hotel! They have fleas!
I only like the location as it is very close to the train station, but the city is not big and its better to be away from this hotel. Breakfast was good.
I didn't know the hotel was pet friendly. After first night I had fleas bites all over my back, legs and arms (some even on face). I showed them the reception and she immediately changed the room (thanks to her). But its seems it is normal for this hotel, it seems they were not surprised and expressed disappointment (at least and advised to take antiallergic medicine). I needed to go to pharmacy and buy creams, spray, and medicine. The next night in new room was better but still had new bites, maybe from clothes and suitcase and even in Switzerland where I continued my travel. So I spread fleas all over... and my vacation was spoiled too.

The room is super basic but perfect for a short 1-2 day stay. Just a place to sleep.
4 beds for 4 people. Had AC. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Good place to stay for a short trip.
It was very close to the train station and only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The breakfast was good and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Also the noise from the trams weren’t that loud and didn’t bother me at all.

Great location, good food.
Location was great, staff were lovely and food was good. Short walk to train station and parking areas. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good.
We were in a room overlooking the street where the tram stops. The trams were sometimes noisy (metal scraping noise). Kettle provided which was dirty (film of brown stuff on spout).
