The ladies in the reception area are very accommodating and wonderful.
Very close to the train station, which is nice if you have a day trip to Beaune.
The carpets & aircon unit look old & dated.

The breakfast and location. You will get 50% off ticket for the parking at the central bus station nearby.

Just the location and the staff
The sheets and covers smelled badly and the mattress wasn't comfortable. I don't think it's a good quality versus the price
