Really kind and helpfull staff, before arriving and during the stay as well. Good location, university and lake are so close, restaurants also. Clean room, bathroom. Nice breakfast, not a huge selection, but can find as you need.

Not too much plug in the room (only 2 in a five-bed room).

Also kind staff plus nice location (near lake and good bus connection to centre). Late check in was accommodated with no issues.

Good big room with a view over the car park and street .huge bathroom . Separate toilet.

We were on the first floor and plenty of stairs to drag our luggage up. No hot option for breakfast. Orange juice at breakfast was just cordial .

I'm not sure they wanted me there. I enquired about a bed in a dorm room and was told that all that was available was a double room (much more expensive). I saw the cheaper dorm rooms were available on booking.com so just booked one here and it was fine: the hostel was almost empty and I had a 6 bed room to myself. I'm not sure what the previous issue was.

Very nice and kind staff, nice area, close to the lake and Minimundus. This is a youth hotel so we didn't have big expectations, and it was still better than expected. I think especially the breakfast was much better than in other youth hotels. The rooms and the whole facility was clean.
