Its a beautiful old building but consequently no lift which would have hlped my elderly mother.

Superb

I stayed here several times already and the hotel never disappointed me. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has an own parking space, which is a little hidden (which also means it's kind of protected). The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, and I enjoyed the dinner very much.

The hotel is already a little old (no elevator for example) but one could also argue that this adds to the charming atmosphere. The only thing that bothered me a tiny little bit is that the breakfast could offer a few more options, but also this seems to be a general issue in France, than one of this specific place.

Disappointing

My first review was 4 stars, but I had to change to very low. I was booking this hotel per 5 nights, for 2 of my technicians. Due to our customer problem, my technicians spents only 3 nights and paid directly at check-out; but later I found in my credit card a charge for the two missing nights. First time this happened in all my experience. I made a complain directly, and through booking.com, and it seems they were refunding me. After one more month, after my reminder, they wrote me that too much time passed, so they refused to refund these two days. Also after claim to Booking the refused again. If I was booking a 4-5 star hotel, I was paying less. Maybe hotel is good, but for sure this hotel and its chain will forget me and my specialists.

Nice restaurant, spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff

the room was cleaned once, but no toilet paper was refilled, nor new towels were provided. of course this was done after asking the staff which were very friendly

A little peace of heaven in rural France

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of continental and English style breakfast. The restaurant didn't have much to offer for vegetarian but they sure exceeded expectations. I love their terrace and the safe carpark which is not as difficult to locate as others have said

limited vegetarian options at the restaurant which is a bit surprising nowadays.

- Parking sur place mais pas de place réservée : Premier arrivé, premier servi. - Chambre propre - Très bon accueil - Petit jardin dehors pour prendre un verre

- Salle de bain: Pas d'étagère pour poser ses affaires, rouleau pour le papier toilette cassé - Literie et carré d'oreiller : bof, bof, bof - Rapport qualité/prix : hôtel trop cher, en comparaison avec d'autres établissements.

Hotel "rustique" trop cher pour la prestation

L'hôtel est ancien et "dans son jus", mais typique.

La chambre est petite, donne sur la rue avec musique d'un bar et la température y était désagréable (environ 40°) suite à la canicule. Nous avons donc du dormir la fenêtre ouverte. La salle de bain est "rustique". Pas d'ascenseur: problème valises. Trop cher pour la prestation !

Un hôtel comme on les aime, humain !

Accueil chaleureux et personnel extrêmement sympathique, du patron à la femme de chambre, en passant par Angelina et la dame du matin qui nous accueillait au petit déjeuner. Chambre pour 4 petite mais parfaitement adaptée à nos souhaits, et salle de douche moderne et propre. Essuies changés chaque jour. Parking privé très agréable, par l'arrière, à proximité de l'hôtel. Restaurant très agréable, cuisine soignée avec des ingrédients de qualité (pièce de boeuf tendre et savoureuse, tête de veau en ravigote succulente,... Bon choix de vins, bonnes bières locales). Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Proximité de la Ferté Alais, idéal pour le meeting du temps des hélices. Endroit calme. On y reviendra !

Les doubles rideaux sont bien occultants, mais malheureusement la lumière passe par les côtés, ce qui entraîne un réveil trop matinal. C’est vraiment la seule remarque.

A la fois en centre ville avec toutes les commodités et pourtant calme. Le restaurant et sa terrasse extérieure très agréable!! L’accueil était très sympathique. A 2km de l’île de loisirs de buthiers donc très pratique

Matelas pas du tout confortable qui doit dater car on ressent tout les ressorte même au toucher pour de douche qui ne tient pas et wc rempli de calcaire
