Самое выгодное расположение, вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и старый город.
Сначала нас заселили в номер самой низкой категории, с номером с плесенью и отклеившимися обоями. Мы прилетели в 4 утра. Потом переселили, но заехать могли только вечером - типа номер не был готов.

Ramazan Bey çok yardımcı oldu gerçekten 5 yıldızlı otellerde bulabileceğiniz dikkat seviyesi bide Türkçe dili çok iyi konuşuyor , HK ekibi güler yüzlü ve hep bir şeyim lazım olup olmadığını sordular . Zaur bey yardımsever işini sadık yapan birisiydi ve konaklamam boyunca yardımcı oldu . Bazı önbüro personelide çok samimi ve konaklamanızı daha rahat sağlıyorlar ( hepsi değildi maalesef) . Odadaki ses engelli gerçekten çok iyi dışarda tadilat vardı ama odalar gayet sakindi
Odada banyo küvet var ama onu kapatmak ve kullanmak için kapak verilmiyor. Hair conditioner yok sadece şampuan var . Havlu yırtıktı . Çarşaf temiz ama eski lekeleri görebilirsiniz . Yenide bence gayet güzeldi yeni gelirim

room was below average and no cleanliness on daily basis breakfast was worst just 2 or 3 dishes were repeating ok daily basis
