Can not be disappointed

We chose smaller room just for one night to overnight before Stelvio pass. The owner’s family was very helpfull and kind, advising us about Laas and region. Room was comfortable for two, well equiped. What I liked mostly was private bookroom where I spent about one hour. Brwakfast we had in town - ca 5 minutes walk. The Laas stay was excellent - Thanks

Exceptional

The welcoming was perfection! Refreshments (free), useful information and smiles - exactly what we needed. We felt immediately at home. In the apartment everything is provided, it is tasteful and clean. The shared spaces and facilities are amazing. Fantastic for families with kids. A top example of south-tyrolean courtesy and competence for a very reasonable price.

We did not stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities!

Nice accomodation run by a very friendly family!

The host family was super friendly! They had freshly harvested apple from their garden every day. The BEST tasted apple I’ve ever had! The room and everything else was also perfect!

Superb

The rooms are situated in a nice looking farm. I arrived after having cycled 160 kilometers and I was welcomed by a very nice and charming lady called Maria. She gave me self made apple juice and explained the workings of the house to me. Even though the rooms are not the biggest I habe seen, this was my best stay of my holiday in Italy.

I would have liked a water cooker in my room. Lacking breakfast can be a thing, but I did shopping in advance.

Erwartungen weit übertroffen

Sehr nette Gastgeber, prima Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof, moderne und trotzdem gemütliche Einrichtung. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Billiardtisch, umfangreicher Bibliothek, Brettspielen, Getränkelager, etc.

Es fällt nichts ein, was man noch verbessern könnte.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Mit viel Liebe gestalteter Hof, tolle Lage für Unternehmungen (Martelltal, Plima Erlebnisschlucht, Freibad Laas und Freibad Schlanders etc.). Sehr nette Vermieter.

Top lokatie

De rustige omgeving en de gastvrijheid. Zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijke "standby" gastvrouw en gastheer. Absolute aanrader, zeer nette kamer(s) van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime parkeerplaatsen en in directe omgeving via Komoot hele mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Je moet hiervoor wel een goede conditie hebben, "gemakkelijk" is zwaarder dan je denkt. De paden zijn behoorlijk steil en hoogste punt is ca. 900 mtr, maar zeker de moeite waard.

Juwel im Vinschgau

Von aussen bei der Ankunft war es etwas unscheinbar, aber die Räumlichkeiten sind super schön, sehr gepflegt mit dem gewissen etwas. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum, den wir zwar nicht genutzt haben, aber eine Kaffeemaschine und alle Arten Getränke die auf Vertrauensbasis günstig abgerechnet werden. Schnaps aus eigener Brennerei und einen selbstgemachte Apfelsaft u.a. Die Apartments sind sehr unterschiedlich auch in der Größe und Lage. Unser Studio mit Doppelbett und Küchenzeile war komplett ausreichend. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die Heizung. Mittags wird der Kachelofen beheizt, der dann eine solide Grundwärme erzeugt. Den Rest schafft tatsächlich der Handtuchheizer im Bad wenn man die Tür offen lässt. Wir haben nie gefroren. Dazu gibt es ein Lesezimmer/Bibliothek und ein Billiardzimmer. Im Ort selbst gibt es fussläufig mehrere Restaurants von denen wir leider nicht alle ausprobiert haben. Erwähnen möchten wir aber vor allem die Pizzeria am Sportplatz. Ungewöhnlich aber ausgezeichnet ist die Hanfpizza, sprich der Boden ist durch eine Beimischung dunkler und leichter bekömmlich. Dazu eine unglaublich nette, aufmerksame, junge Besitzerin und der Pizzabäcker stammt auch aus dem Ort. Wir hatten tolle Abende dort. Lass liegt sehr zentral wenn man die umliegende Gegend mit den vielen Dreitausendern erkunden möchte. Skifahren in Sulden oder Schlittenfahren in Maseben, man bekommt mehr Tips von der Besitzerin als man nachher unterbringt. Vom kleinen Sohn haben wir dann noch einen Marmorstein geschenkt bekommen, Laas ist berühmt für den weißen Marmor. Dickes Lob und wenn es sich mal wieder ausgeht, kommen wir gerne wieder.
