Beautiful, clean and small apartment with sea view

The apartment was super clean and had a big balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The host was so friendly and always happy to help with any questions.

The apartment was quite small, so when it’s cold outside, there’s not much room to eat indoors. The kitchen had only basic equipment.

It was a bit farther from water taxis than we were hoping but the views, lack of any noise including road noise, more than made up for that

The view over the ocean is spectacular and the host was very friendly and let us stay until the afternoon. We only had one night here but made the most of it by walking to nearby beaches although not that fantastic for swimming

Wonderful place, only that the cooker...

Extraordinary hospitality, really amazing. Clean and quite comfortable rooms, garden with wonderful view.

Poor kitchen equipment, no kettle (other room has it, so maybe it's temporary), electric cooker required time to boil the water.

A very short stay, but it was nice and relaxing. The host was friendly and great, the room and the toilet were clean and modern! And the view of the sea from the Balcony was great! :)

the view from the front porch was amazing, we had to see the best sunset skys. we had a car so the apartment was close to everything we needed, the beach, supermarket and the city. it was everything we needed.

Nice terrace, lot of different beaches in the neighbourhood

We really loved the terrace with view to the Adriatic see, it was a big pleasure to eat breakfast and dinner there. Within a short walking distance down the steps one can reach a small beach, where you can enjoy the sea with a very small amount of people around you. Also there are other beaches really close by car, so we could experience 4 kind of beaches in just 2 days without paying extra fees (the one close to the apartment, Plat, Cavtat and Dubrovnik). It's also easy to park your car in the spacious courtyard of the house.

The bathroom floor was wet almost all the time as the bath cabin was not insulated in a proper way.

Good location in terms of visit Dubrovnik and enjoyable beaches

Good parking area, nice view to the sea. Good connection to the number 1 chosen beach in Europe (Pasjaca) in 2019 and individual beach in Cilipi. Both beaches are excellent snorkerling (face mask operated) with children and jump down from the top of the rock into the sea around 5-6 meters especially in Cilipi. God to go for brave families.

Bon sejour.

La chambre est confortable, bien equipee. Simple mais tres pratique. La terrasse avec la magnifique vue sur mer est un vrai plus. Proximite de l'aeroport parfait. L'hote est tres sympathique et une vrai source d'informations.

Les terrasses sont tres proches les unes des autres.

Las vistas

La limpieza deja que desear, sartén y cazo sucios parte de rayados y antiguos, Como para no cocinar en ellos. La TV no funciona. La tapa del WC totalmente suelta y rota. La cama sonaba muchísimo ademas de incómoda. Luz muy tenue. La nevera cuando llegamos estaba abierta y no enfriaba. Para no volver.

la vista dal terrazzino

arredamento datato, bagno anni ‘80 con box doccia sgangherato. Prezzo molto elevato per una stanza mediocre. Accesso al mare da una lunga scala, quasi impossibile poiché ci sono solo scogli.

Soggiorno eccezionale, oltre le aspettative!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Struttura posta in una posizione eccezionale, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare! La proprietà Daniela è stata veramente contese e disponibile. Gli alloggi erano curati e dotati di tutti i confort ed anche molto puliti. Vicinanza a Dubrovnik, la perla della Dalmazia, circa 10 minuti. Ci ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore!!!

Skøn beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt over vandet

Beliggenheden var helt perfekt. Lejlighederne (vi havde lejet 2) var rene og pæne. Rummelige. Skønt sted med terrasse, have og fantastisk udsigt. Tæt på vandet. Roligt kvarter. Kort gåafstand til købmand/supermarked og restaurant. Restauranten havde åbent til midnat, hvilket var en stor fordel for os, da vi ankom sent. Nemt at komme til/fra Dubrovnik med fx taxa.

Vi ankom om aftenen efter mørkets frembrud. Det var lidt svært at få fat i nøglen, da vi ikke kunne finde udlejer. Der var ingen reception. Vi forsøgte at ringe og banke på forskellige døre. Til sidst fik vi nøglerne til vores to lejligheder.

Miły pensjonat ze ślicznym ogrodem.

Trafiło nam się mieszkanie na parterze, miało to swoje zalety. Duży i zacieniony taras z bezpośrednim wyjściem do zadbanego, ślicznego ogrodu. Mieszkanie czyste. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Kilka ślicznych plaż w pobliżu oddalonych o ok. 15 min. piechotą (Soline). W stronę Plat ścieżka turystyczna wzdłuż zagajnika pełnego figowców.

Pokój wydał się mniej atrakcyjny niż te przedstawione na zdjęciach. Bardzo mało gniazdek elektrycznych i trzeba było podłączyć czajnik w salonie zamiast w kuchni, wtedy pojawiał się problem z podłączeniem ładowarki do telefonu. Niektóre sprzęty wymagają odświeżenia. Za słabe oświetlenie, aby wieczorem komfortowo czytać książkę. Poniżej obiektu zejście do morza, w postaci stromego betonowego nadbrzeża, które nie nadaje się jako kąpielisko.
