Passable

Hotel Bela Vista is on wooded hillside in the best area of Volta Redonda. The staff are friendly and they serve a great house pizza, and there was cool live music. There is plenty of free parking.

There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom. A towel hung up for changing as per the instructions was left in the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location and has a relaxed colonial style, but attention to service detail needs to be reviewed by management if the hotel is to retain its reputation.

Location. It is probably the best hotel to get some rest after a long day.

Cleanliness. Specifically the bathroom. In the last two visits I had to complain about the condition of the bathroom.

Fair price for short and quick stay.

The employees are good and try their best. The property needs a lot of upgrades. It's too bad since its a beautiful old, colonial place.

The place looks abandoned , old and empty.WE stayed here 4 years ago and it wasn't that bad.

I loved the pool. The bedroom was also very good and comfortable.

I didn't like that there were a lot of ants in my bedroom, and they attacked my desserts. Another thing is that I found the Saturday lunch menu with little variety. I'd like to have more options to choose.

A jewelry hidden in the city

Beside of that every thing was perfect. Was peaceful, easy to get, fast to go to the downtown. The staff are helpful a friendly. Ps. : the restaurant are amazing.

The wifi was really unstable ( inside of my room, the last one of the hallway) and not so fast. Some times I can't connect
