Turan Hill Lounge

The location is incredible, a little Eden surrounded by nature, with beautiful views from the room and easy access to the beach. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a large choice of fresh, wholesome food. The staff was amazing: welcoming, kind and caring throughout our stay. We also loved the relaxed hippie atmosphere, the free yoga classes and the pool area. The pool is quite small, but perfect for a refreshing swim. A very peaceful and special place

A few things could be improved. It’s a shame that complimentary water bottles aren’t provided every day, especially as there aren’t really any alternatives nearby to buying water directly from the hotel. It’s a small detail, but I would rather pay 150 lira more for the room and have water provided daily. The room itself could also use a bit more care. It wasn’t perfectly maintained: the fan worked but was a bit clunky, and the bathroom door was slightly broken. To some extent, this goes with the charm and laid-back spirit of the place, but the common areas are so nice that it’s a shame some rooms don’t quite have the same standard.

Unbelievably beautiful property with friendly staff, insane views and extremely delicious home cooked food every morning and every night. Well thought out decor that complements the beauty of nature surrounding the property and the music that they are playing in the main areas just takes the ambiance to the next level. One of the best stays I have had in my life, if ur visiting this area and ur not staying here for a few nights at least, ur wasting ur trip. Big thank u for Zainab and the whole staff. Everywhere we looked we were greeted with smiles. Also, only a 5 min walk from one of the nicest and clear beaches u have ever seen.

Would be nice if water and juice was served with the breakfast buffet.

L’emplacement est incroyable, on se sent dans une vraie bulle de bonheur et de calme. La vue, la déco, la terrasse et les repas maison, tout est parfait. Le personnel est adorable (mention spéciale aux 2 étudiants gabonais avec qui on a particulièrement sympathisé car ils parlaient français). Il y règne une atmosphère apaisante et on s’est senti vraiment comme chez nous bien qu’on soit venus avec un bébé de 2 ans. Bravo pour ce lieu hors du temps et des frontières (on ne sait plus si on est en Europe, en Asie ou en Amérique du sud) !

Location was stunning, couldn't ask for better. The room was comfortable and adequate for our needs.

Didn'tike being treated like a criminal after there was a problem with payment via my bank card. My card and bank weren't the problem as I had successfully been using the card for the duration of my stay elsewhere. I'm guessing it was the recipients bank. Having to leave our passports and luggage as security whilst we drove 30 minutes to take the cash form a cash machine. (clearly no problem with my bank!!). Then no apology even attempted. This spoilt the stay and although the place is lovely albeit far too many steps this would fryer me from returning.
