Очень хороший персонал, расположение рядом с морем
Я забронировала полулюкс в отеле Hotel Tropics, так как у него хорошие отклики . По приезду в отель, нам сказали что мест нет и нас поселят в другой очень хороший отель. Поселили нас в отеле Sineva Park ****. Вместо отплаченного полулюкса поселили в стандартном номере, который давно нуждается в ремонте(ванна с вмятинами, сантехника ржавая,когда включили кран в умывальнике,под умывальником образовалась лужа на пол комнаты, холодильник вообще не работал,входные двери отваливались…)Убирали всего 2 раза за 7 дней. На балконе очень грязно,не убирали ни разу. Полотенца меняли тоже всего 2 раза. Полотенца ужасного качества.Еда очень скудная и однообразная. Из плюсов: отель очень близко к морю, очень ухоженная территория, хорошая детская площадка, 3 хороших бассейна.
