Fantastic resort with nothing they haven't thought of! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Variety and quality of food available at all times is excellent. Lukla lounge is a lovely place to chill with coffee & cake (and A/C). Rooms comfortable and quiet. Pools and beach - loungers, towel exchange, facilities etc. all excellent. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival however, the reception staff (Arzu and Ruzgar) resolved this immediately - fantastic service.
It would be good if the resort would consider:
Turning the A/C on when the gym opens if not before
Barbell and rack
More floor space for workouts

Everything was nice and amazing,it is my second time there. The staff are so kind especially samira at the reception it is an amazing and very helpful and kind person.

Everything was perfect. Big thanks for the staff, especially for Mr. Dogukan. Also reception team Mrs. Melike and Samira were so helpful. Lastly, animation team Mr. Aykut and Ms. Beyza were so supportive.
We need special area for nonsmokers. Especially at the night parties, we can’t breath because of smokers. That’s not criticism but we don’t like it.
