First and foremost, Georgina is an amazing person and host! I would give her more than 10 stars, if I could. She is so genuinely kind, and her English is perfect. She is exceptionally attentive, and made our stay wonderful in more ways than one, including sharing the special history of the hotel with us. We were honored and priviliged to stay in the very bedroom where Petrobey Mavromichalis lived, a foundational leader in the Greek War of independence against the Ottoman Empire. In fact, the entire hotel is a living museum. The furniture and artifacts that adorned both the lobby and our room gave a special feeling and connection to the history of this beautiful place. The room itself was gorgeous, and we could here the waves lapping just outside our window at night to lull us gently to sleep. The hotel sits right along the water's edge, and views were jaw droppingly beautiful as we enjoyed an amazing and delicious breakfast outside. Just imagine waking up to the ocean lapping at your doorstep, and literally footsteps away from amazing amazing sea view restaurants right next door. We felt like we never wanted to leave this peaceful and romantic spot, and we would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to return to this beautiful little village.

It’s old architecture

This is the most beautiful property! Our windows looked straight out over the water and we could hear the waves lapping on the rocks below. The room was lovely and Georgia our host was divine. So helpful and charming. And a great cook! Breakfast was delicious. Stay here!
