The place met most of our expectations. Our son absolutely loved the fact that there was various pools he could enjoy and also lots of activities for kids. There is also a bus stop right outside the Villas which makes travel extremely easy getting around with public transport. The beach is right opposite the Villas as well. All in all we had an amazing stay.
Just a heads up to non smokers, please ensure you book a non smoking room as this can be really unpleasant if you dont. The smoking rooms has a hectic smoke smell inside.
I was not aware that there was smoking and non smoking rooms so we just booked. We occupied a smoking room and the stench was quite hectic. Also minor maintenance inside was unpleasant. Our face towel holders was broken, the toilet seat was loose.

What a fantastic place. Our apartment was on the ground floor directly on the swimming pool. The beach was a short walk away - right outside the front of the hotel. It was clean, roomy, well appointed, excellent internet, washer and dishwasher, well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were large and well appointed. Very quiet. Dining choices both on site as well as a short walk away. Convenience store a short walk away. Controlled access and fenced. Safe. Great parking choices just outside the wall with multiple controlled access points. Would stay there again.
The apartment did not have some basic kitchen supplies. A few wash machine pods and a few dishwasher pods and some paper towels would have been appreciated - but that is not a deal breaker as the variety store was just down the street.

Love the location, the gardens are very pretty and pools are amazing. The staff are super friendly and we love the restaurant/ bar. Really near the beach
The property was a little tired. We had a few issues however the staff sorted all of them. Safe didnt work and needs fixing as property advertised as having a safe

It was clean but instructions were not given re air con we couldn’t find the controls we were freezing we asked reception for duvets and blankets there was only one. They never answered.
