Perfect for that bike holiday

Incredible location adjacent to the bike park. Great facilities like a garage for your bike, together with some basic tools. Parking facilities are free if you can get a spot, and convenient. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. Overall, the feeling inside the hotel is homey. The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is decent. Loved my stay and will definitely be back next summer. You also get a discount card for the regional bike pass.

Happy, definitely gonna stay there again when I visit Lenzerheide next time and highly recommend.

The included breakfast was really good! Excellent variety of quality products. Lunch and dinner also at high standards fairly priced! The staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Professional service at the front office and at the restaurant always with a smile! The room was very clean and thoroughly refreshed every day. Last but not least, if you are looking for a stay next to the lifts of Bikekingdom Lenzerheide look no further - I could literally roll from the hotel's garage into the bikepark!

The only minor point I can think of is that the WiFi signal in the chalet area was not the strongest - still usable internet connection - but then again I wasn't in Lenzerheide for browsing through the web... ;-)

Disappointing facilities and hidden fees

The room was big and had a balcony, which was nice. The outdoor areas seemed nice but the weather was too bad to utilise them. Very close to the lift, and there was free parking. The breakfast was also quite good. They had nice little sitting rooms, which were nice to read in.

Booking is by people, not by room, so we were charged extra for 2 people even though I booked a room that slept 2. There is no hot tub; it's an extremely disappointing single-person soaker tub in the middle of the wellness room that you have to pay CHF 5 for. The wellness room also smelled a bit of urine. The gym is also just a treadmill, rower and elliptical.

Very nice stay with friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. They even offered me the use of the garage to keep my bike overnight to keep it out of the rain.

Very cosy, beautifully decorated hotel - very good value for money

The hotel is ideally situated near the lake Heidsee and the cable car station to go up to Rothorn. Very friendly staff and beautiful wooden decorated interior. Very nice, cosy rooms with comfortable bed. Breakfast is included. Great value for money. Good restaurant as well.

Wanderurlaub

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt um auf Bus oder Gondel zu gelangen oder vor Ort loszuwandern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Morgenbuffet hatte alles was wir brauchten. Abends haben nur einmal im Hotel gegessen. Es war sehr gut.

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Chalet. Mich störte der muffige Spannteppich und uns störten die alten Betten, welche beim Drehen oder Aufstehen knarrten. Wobei ich denke dass bei einem Bett der Lattenrost defekt war. Man lag in einer Schieflage. Ich werde dies noch melden.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Komme gerne wieder. Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein. Sehr relaxt. Tolle Lage, direkt an Skipiste, direkt bei Gondelbahn, etwas abseits, 20 Min Spaziergang nicht weit zum Dorf. Tolle Budget Zimmer in separatem heimeligem Chalet. Gutes Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente. Hotel Bar war auch gut. Einziges Lowlight: der Kaffee aus der Selbstbedienungs-Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war nicht so toll. Wäre toll wenn ihr das verbessern könntet.
