A stay you want to forget.

clean towels, enough TP, when they could get in( door got stuck) in they cleaned nicely

hard to describe what was wrong. we took the last property available in the timeframe we needed and we tried to ignore the accommodation: barely functional AC, dirty armchairs, almost no cups, barely enough water glasses, everything (furniture, toilet) old or unkept, door got stuck so many times we had to jump through the window to get it unlocked on the day we left, terrace was crowded with other party seeking families/groups. it was hard to fall asleep if you weren’t very tired with all the noise from the AC and neighbors. When arriving they unlocked another villa and entered in the villa of other people staying there. the mirror in the living was cracked, the bathroom door in the living hard to close. Someone should look into making some serious repairs and replacements.

We liked that it was available at a good price when we needed

- a very bad smell coming from the bathroom and spreading in all the apartment - the cleaning was poor, just acceptable - very occurred mix of colors, shapes, styles in the interior design of the apartment ( actually we cannot talk about a style) - dirty walls and exfoliating wallpaper ( spiders) -dirty terrace ( especially the floor) - Bathroom without ventilation - the sheets were yellowed and with hair

Trascuratezza e cattiva gestione.

Non rispecchia gli standard. Piccole cose, ma che rivelano la mancanza di attenzione e la trascuratezza della gestione. Quando siamo arrivati, non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, né hanno risposto al telefono. Ho dovuto chiamare Booking che è riuscito a risolvere, tramite un operatore la situazione. La cucina dei due appartamenti che avevamo puzzava di muffa a causa di trasudi sulla scala che dalla cucina saliva alle camere da letto. In un appartamento mancava il tappeto per il pavimento della doccia e un lenzuolo. Mancava uno sportello della doccia. Nell'altro non funzionava la serranda della finestra e, al mattino, abbiamo dormito con la luce del giorno. Il dispenser della doccia non funzionava in nessuno dei due appartamenti che avevamo affittato. Ho mandato un messaggio alla struttura, ma nessuno ha risposto. Questo dà un'idea sulla serietà della gestione. Le lenzuola e il tappeto della doccia per fortuna ci sono stati dati da una signora delle pulizie che sembra abiti in uno degli appartamenti. Nella cucina non c'era un spugna, nessun detersivo, né, figuriamoci, olio, sale, o condimenti base per qualsiasi piatto. Tutte queste cose probabilmente non sono obbligatorie, ma ditemi chi non ne ha trovato in qualsiasi appartamento affittato: almeno una spugna o un detersivo? 9 Tutte piccole cose, ma perché non trovare una sistemazione migliore?
