Cleanliness. The house was very dirty.

Clean, convenient.
Well equipped clean house with private parking by the front door. Beds comfy, but somewhat awkward to have the only bathroom/toilet downstairs -- especially in the middle of the night. Kitchenette layout somewhat cramped, with a sink squeezed into a corner and difficult to reach. Bedrooms are not noisy despite the house being right by a busy (side) street. There is a bakery just 5min walk down the main high street if you need croissants in the morning.
There is no wifi. Having already booked and paid, it may seem a little paranoid on the part of the host not to release the code for the keybox until just 2 hours before arrival as this can cause difficulty receiving it when we are travelling.

Great stay!
Very nice house... everything was there. We also tried the famous Tarte Tatin, created in Lamotte Beuvron. All the bakeries there are amazing! Also close to the highway and not too far from the Loire castles.
There is no outdoor area/garden, although you can sit outside in the little alley

Extrêmement bien placé par rapport au Parc Équestre Fédéral; Bien équipé, propre, lits confortables et faits à notre arrivée, serviettes de toilette à disposition, place pour notre voiture, disponibilité des hôtes... Très bon séjour, on recommande!

Ruime huis om de hoek van het plaatsje. Echt perfect voor 1 nacht.
De inrichting is niet mijn smaak, maar dat geeft helemaal niet. Het was heel prettig.
