Résidence Odalys Les Océanides

The hotel has an interesting format, I liked that all the rooms are distributed in small houses, the territory is large, there is a swimming pool.

It was a big stress. We arrived on time at 6 pm, but the reception was not working, no one answered us by phone, no one answered us through the booking app. So we couldn't check into our room for a long time. We were accidentally helped by another vacationer who knew the code for the key box. I don't understand why no one told us this code in advance. How did the hotel management plan for us to check in? What would have happened if a random vacationer hadn't helped us with the key? No phone, contact, or booking support answered us.

They have not returned my deposit yet! It has been almost 3 weeks since I have checked out. They charge 300 euro deposit and I have returned the room in impecable condition(I have pictures & video to prove that). I keep messaging them through booking. I am yet to see my money!

The accomodation was completely perfect. We were looking for something special where we can stay with our dog as well. We wanted something close to the sea, with the pool inside (if needed to relax in the area of hotel only). We also needed parking for our car and the possibility to prepare our own meal. This place was completely incredible and amazing (in the middle of wineyards. The service managers were taking care of us even out of the official time available (we arrived in the middle of the pause), they provided us all the information needed. The place was exacetely what we needed. very well cleaned, parking place straght under our appartement, wonderful pool for middle day relaxation, sea not faraway (5minutes walk) amazing beach restaurant on the beach. Wonderful city nearby (very good for evening and morning walkings). Quiet place with not much tourists around. Pedestrians and cyklo path straight next to (excellent for walking with our dog) and also very pleasant shops straight next to (on the way to the beach - 2 minutes from our hotel). We strongly recommend this super accomodation in the amazing area of Cote d'Azur to everyone who wants to relax, enjoy the sea, beach, restaurants, walking and wonderful nature all around (30 minutes from Saint Tropez). Thank you very much for the possibility to stay here during our vacation in France.

the apartment was a little cramped and whilst planned for disabled people which is good, the bathroom shower didn't extend to being able to wash your self standing up!

They could have tried to renovate the bathrooms..
