The hotel format is interesting, but check-in management needs to be improved.

The hotel has an interesting format, I liked that all the rooms are distributed in small houses, the territory is large, there is a swimming pool.

It was a big stress. We arrived on time at 6 pm, but the reception was not working, no one answered us by phone, no one answered us through the booking app. So we couldn't check into our room for a long time. We were accidentally helped by another vacationer who knew the code for the key box. I don't understand why no one told us this code in advance. How did the hotel management plan for us to check in? What would have happened if a random vacationer hadn't helped us with the key? No phone, contact, or booking support answered us.

You will pay 300 euro deposit. Getting it back is a nightmare. I still dont have mine.

They have not returned my deposit yet! It has been almost 3 weeks since I have checked out. They charge 300 euro deposit and I have returned the room in impecable condition(I have pictures & video to prove that). I keep messaging them through booking. I am yet to see my money!

Superior accommodation in an absolutely amazing environment

The accomodation was completely perfect. We were looking for something special where we can stay with our dog as well. We wanted something close to the sea, with the pool inside (if needed to relax in the area of hotel only). We also needed parking for our car and the possibility to prepare our own meal. This place was completely incredible and amazing (in the middle of wineyards. The service managers were taking care of us even out of the official time available (we arrived in the middle of the pause), they provided us all the information needed. The place was exacetely what we needed. very well cleaned, parking place straght under our appartement, wonderful pool for middle day relaxation, sea not faraway (5minutes walk) amazing beach restaurant on the beach. Wonderful city nearby (very good for evening and morning walkings). Quiet place with not much tourists around. Pedestrians and cyklo path straight next to (excellent for walking with our dog) and also very pleasant shops straight next to (on the way to the beach - 2 minutes from our hotel). We strongly recommend this super accomodation in the amazing area of Cote d'Azur to everyone who wants to relax, enjoy the sea, beach, restaurants, walking and wonderful nature all around (30 minutes from Saint Tropez). Thank you very much for the possibility to stay here during our vacation in France.

the apartment was a little cramped and whilst planned for disabled people which is good, the bathroom shower didn't extend to being able to wash your self standing up!

As great as the last year!

Great location (200 meters from the beach) allowed us to combine the sea and the pool activities. Everything was smooth regardless of the COVID-related complications.

Although the rooms were clean and proper, some refurbishment and furniture improvements would be welcomed. It would be nice to see more green in the outside area. Trees, bushes, plants will look nicer than the grass burnt out under the sun. The accommodation price grew up compared to last year, and it would have been good to see relevant changes around.

French style holiday resort near nice public beach. Nice holiday apartment with lots of free parking. Good for people who drive there with all their beach stuff. Nice pool. They gave us linen and towels, but normally people bring all of that themselves, and anything else you'd need in an apartment.

Nous avons passé un moment agréable dans cette résidence

Globalement l'établissement est bien géré, propre et agréable.

Quand il pleut il n'est pas prévu de tapis avant d'accéder à l'appartement, d'autant que les accès et couloirs sont détrempés. On ne nous avait pas donné le code du portail, galère à minuit pour rentrer. Ça c'est bien terminé, n'en parlons plus.

La résidence est très bien située et au calme.

Nous sommes arrivés après 13h de route, donc très tard dans la nuit et très fatigués. Nous avons l habitude de réserver dans des établissements Odalys mais c'est la première fois que nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise qu il faille récupérer les draps et faire les lits. Nous avons trouvé cela très dur, nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous coucher rapidement sans devoir courir après des draps et faire les lits. Dommage que cela ne soit pas précisé lors de la réservation.

La grandeur de l'appartement

Il faut faire sont lit soir même , quand on arrive dans un hôtel apparemment pour nous le but été de poser ses valises pas de faire tous se genre de préparation sinon nous aurions pris un Airbnb Il faut aussi ramener son linge à la Laverie au départ. A l'accueil aucune explication il y avait un code de portail qui ne nous a jamais été donné, bref on devait se débrouiller par nous même ... Les horaires d' accueil aussi sont compliqués et personne ne répond au téléphone . Bref nous ne reviendrons pas

Il serait selon moi plus pratique de laisser une feuille mémo avec les informations utiles (ex : codes pour le portail et la barrière automatique…) à l’arrivée dans le logement. Apparemment ces infos ne sont communiquées sur la télé que lors du Check-in. Heureusement des « voisins » ont pu nous les communiquer sinon nous serions restés à l’extérieur de retour de fête, cela aurait été très embêtant. Et le fait aussi qu’il n’y avait pas de serviettes à disposition.

court séjour gâché par un bruit de résonnance incessant dans l'appartement en provenance du toit

La proximité de la mer.

La non satisfaction du client En effet, du personnel de l'accueil qui visiblement a préféré faire l'autruche jusqu'à notre départ puisque j'attend toujours qu'elle me rappelle, en passant par le responsable qui n'a pas fait l'effort de venir constater le bruit intense ( toutes les 20 secondes) nuit et jour se situant pile au dessus de notre logement, ainsi que le technicien de service qui à priori a mis sur une fiche OK ! ) oui OK ! Il y à un fort bruit, ces personnes donc ont été incapables de régler le problème auquel nous avons été confronté tout au long de notre court séjour. Le plus invraisemblable, et c'est pas faute de l'avoir réclamé chaque jour, c'est que le staff en place n'a pas dénié nous reloger alors que le taux d'occupation de la résidence était très faible jusqu'à ce que l'on quitte la résidence. Une des raisons invoquée par la préposée de la reception : " Pas de pass à disposition".

Equipement du studio à améliorer mais belle piscine

La piscine est de bonne taille et très agréable. L'emplacement de la résidence est pratique et il y a un parking toujours proche des appartements

L'appartement qui se résume à une chambre avait un vis à vis énorme avec celui de voisin. Il n'y avait pas de voilage à la porte fenêtre, ce qui nous obligeait à fermer le volet pour avoir un pue d'intimité. La vaisselle très minimaliste : 3 verres seulement. Nous avons du demander un saladier. Le bruit du frigo la nuit dans la même pièce. Pas de barre de penderie dans le placard alors que cela ne coûte rien et permettrait de ranger un peu. Il semble qu'il n'y ai pas de règlement intérieur et nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants très tard dans la nuit. Dans la mesure où ce n'était pas complet , il serait bon de louer les studios les plus agréables.

Le calme et la localisation du complexe à proximité de la mer.

Déçu que le départ tardif soit payant (37€ pour 2heures) surtout en cette période (fin septembre) ou le complexe est loin d’être complet. La télévision ne fonctionne pas correctement, tout le temps en train de pixeliser.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung.

Mein Mann und ich sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub (mit Hund) in der sehr ruhigen Appartementanlage mit schönem Pool verbracht. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist auch ruhig und nichts für Partygänger und junge Leute die Trubel suchen. Die Betten waren bequem. In unserem Zimmer gab es eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und ein 2 Platten-Herd. Besen, Eimer, Wäscheständer, Teller, 2 Tassen, 1 Becher, 2 Gabeln, 2 Löffel, ein Korkenzieher, diverse Küchenhelfer, 2 Pfannen, Kochtöpfe, Sieb, Orangenpresse, Glas-Karaffe, Salatschleuder & Weingläser waren vorhanden. :) Alles andere haben wir selber mitgebracht (Trockentücher, Putztücher, Spülmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze etc. ) Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Strand und der Yachthafen sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ideal für schöne Spaziergänge. Dort befinden sich auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den kleinen Einkauf und einige Restaurants. Für größere Einkäufe und um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Mit dem Auto kommt man auch schnell in den Ort La Monde les Maures fahren und kann dort einkaufen, essen gehen und shoppen. Der Sonntagsmarkt im Ort La Londe les Maures ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Im Verlauf des Buchungsprozesses bekamen wir viel zu viele E-Mails. Dieses Prozedere könnte man sicherlich vereinfachen. Ein Besteckkasten und Zahnputzbecher wären noch schön gewesen.
