Carpe Diem near the Athens airport

Great and comfy place to stay near Athens airport (8 min taxi to departures). Very welcoming host, great room. Also in a little village with some nice restaurants and atmosphere.

We booked this location because of its proximity to the airport. Only 10 minutes away. It was close to restaurants and bakery . It was very clean with comfortable beds.

They were incredibly gracious, kind, and attentive, and you could feel that they genuinely cared about my family and our needs. From our first interaction to the moment we left, they treated us like honored guests, not just another booking passing through. Impeccably clean and well cared for The entire property is exceptionally clean and clearly very well maintained. Our rooms, the common areas, and everything we saw were spotless and in great condition. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, charm, and such a high standard of cleanliness so effortlessly. A true Greek home-away-from-home The atmosphere at Carpe Diem made us feel completely at home while still giving us the full Greece experience. The decor, the warmth of the owners, and all the special little touches throughout the property turned a simple stay near the airport into one of the highlights of our trip. The location is awesome, a 8 minute drive to the car rental return area at the Athens airport. There are a few great restaurants in a 400 meter radius from the apartments complex. The hostess Maria is really nice and helpful, and she really cares about her guest's well-being and comfort. She would turn on the AC before you show up so you can have a warm(or cool :)) welcome, and she offers a shuttle service to the airport. The apartment itself is really spacious, has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen and some snacks, and an amazing shower. There's a lot of free parking spaces on the street of the complex, so that's not an issue as well. really recommended and well worth your money!
