    Hotel's view is fantastic. Miyako Blue is great and the beach is the best i ever seen. But the hotel need to strength training on staff's flexibility to deal with changes. I had an unhappy experience with staff of the beach house on 26/5. At 11:15am we go to the beach house to sign up for kayak activity. Staff told us that as they close at 12pm for lunch so help us to resgister the 1:15pm kayak activity for 2 person and ask for our room number and give me a bookimg card. I was told to arrive the beach at 1:10pm When i arrive at 1:10pm. Staff told me as today the wave is stong. They need cancel my booking duevto safety concern. I understand staff has lunch break and if sea condition is bad. Kayak need cancel ok. But the beach house has my room number they should inform us earlier!!!!! I wait at my room from 1130am til 1:10pm but No Staff informed us anything!!! Waste us 2.5 hours!!! And i need go bavk to my room to clean up my swimming gear b4 i can go out for other activity!!!!! Just one phone call can save my time!!! For tourism industey, communication is important! The beach house has my room number to contact me!

    It’s our first time to visit and it was the golden week holiday. The hotel is clean and big. It’s a bit dated but still good and the main selling point is the beach . It was so lovely ;white sand and clear blue water. You can do SUP and other water activities for a fee. The restaurants a bit pricey , breakfast buffet was good. My kids enjoyed it and I will consider coming back here
