Comfortable accommodation, good location

Clean and comfortable rooms with lovely sea view. Located just behind the Victoria bus stop with direct buses to the Old Town. Otherwise the walk to the Old Town is about 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was 10 euros per day when we first booked it but was subsequently changed to 20 euros. We were informed about the change only when we arrived.

The location of the property is good. The commual balcony is small but comfortable and the view is stunning.

The property wasn't easy to find in the dark. A light to help negotiate the steps and illuminate the villa nameplate would be helpful

You‘re paying mostly for the location.

Location is within a 15-minute walk from the historic part of Dubrovnik.

Bath and kitchenette are ridiculously small, dated and neither practical nor really clean. Strong moldy smell in bathroom. The vaulted roof-top rooms are a hazard for people taller than 1.60m (4.5ft).

Lack of communication before hand about paying 20 euro extra for the car park and above all both apartment and car park ( which is close but not at the same address ) were very difficult to find Also leaking air con in the room didn’t help

A modest accommodation with a good location for visiting Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

The house itself is cozy and full of character. The hostess was helpful and spoke good English. The location is within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, and there are also some beaches nearby. Room No. 3 on the second floor was dark, with no natural light, and had a rather worn-out appearance (whereas Room No. 5 was much brighter and looked renovated — definitely a better choice). On the positive side, the kitchen was very well equipped. The room didn’t have a balcony or any option to dry beachwear or towels.

The price was too high for such modest conditions. The hotel does not offer parking; only paid street parking is available along the main road. The location is not ideal for visiting with children – it’s right next to a busy road.

Pleasant stay

Within walking distance of Old Town. Bus stop right opposite so could take bus when needed. Clean. Friendly housekeeper. Could leave luggage as we arrived early before checkin as well as after checkout as we had an afternoon flight.

The advertised terrace is not part of the room - it is on a separate floor in a communal area. Short flight of stairs at entrance to apartment and also room is on first floor - no elevator. Had to lug suitcases up and down. The name and street number are hidden by foliage so we didn’t see it immediately when our Uber stopped across the street. The only view from the apartment is of Lokrum island from the kitchen window - if you stand on tiptoe!

The location was perfect and the shared balcony view is stunning. Room was very large and the shower was one of the best I have used. The bed was huge as well with lots of spare pillows

Lovely view of the sea and the island of Lokrum. Easy access to city centre - no stairs. There are a few steps from accom to road though. Staff/owners were lovely. Checkin and out was easy. Easy to come and go as you wish.

There was no secure luggage storage. But you could leave bags in a common lounge type room. The rooms were darker than the photos suggested. We were in the room in photos 52-56, and 60-66. The rooms were in the roof so beams were very low, and head room limited. Lots of dated cupboards and wardrobe was a rail.

It was a pleasant stay and we deeply enjoyed our breakfasts in the sight of the old town.

I like that the villa feels like home yet with a view of Dubrovnik on the balcony!

The room for 3 persons especially the bathroom and toilet were too small. Actually our room was very different from what we have seen online and so we were a bit disappointed when arriving. The pictures online are providing a cottage feel which is quite relaxing but we ended up having a very ordinary room.

Adequate apartment within 20 minutes of old town

Property was within walking distance of the old town. Great shower! view from communal balcony was stunning. we had a sea view room although the window was very high to see out. very close to the no 8 bus to take you into the city if you didn’t want to walk.

no response to three emails asking for directions and car parking before we went. we arrived late due to plane delay of one hour but couldn’t contact the owners on the phone lines for approx 20 minutes. Low beams in the bedroom meant I got my head regularly getting in and out of bed (I am 166cms- 5’5”).

Nice apartment with comfy beds and only a short walk to the old town.

Perhaps some instructions beforehand to make it clear how we collect the keys. We had to phone the host but it took a while to get connected. An email perhaps the day before we were due to arrive would have helped.

Superb

Villa is in an ideal location for the Old Town, a 20-minute walk from the Ploce gate and there is a bus stop (Viktorija bus station) just outside the villa for the number 8 circular bus. The villa itself is very secluded and in a quiet neighbourhood, which is a nice contrast from the overcrowded Old Town. Owners are lovely and they live downstairs so if we needed anything we only had to ask. Recommended beach is St Jacobs beach. Go down the steps from the villa and turn left. Walk for 10 minutes until you reach St Jacobs beach. There is a long flight of steps leading to a sandy beach with beach bar, toilets and restaurant. Other beaches in the area tend to be rocky so this one is the best. Recommend you buy the Dubrovnik Pass. This gives you entrance to the Old Town City Wall walk, plus several other attractions in the Old Town, plus you get ten free bus tickets which you collect at the kiosk outside the Pile gate.

The window in this room is set quite high, so you have to stand up to see out of it. There is a shared balcony down the stairs, though, which was lovely and we had a chance to meet other residents. There is no sign for Villa Odak on the gate so it is difficult to know that you are at the right house when you arrive.

The location is great. You can walk into Dubrovnik old town within 15 mins. The view from the balcony is stunning.

Rooms are basic all rooftop rooms, some parts have got a very low ceiling, even child can easily boop head. In room 5 where we stayed, there were 2 broken sockets, can see the wires, looks quite dangerous.
