About this house rental

Single family home with fenced in back yard located on cul-de-sac 5 miles from Penn State campus. Fully furnished, 950 sq. ft., 2/3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, gas grill, & fire pit. 2 queen, 2 twin beds, + pull out queen sofa to comfortably accommodate 6. Linens and towels provided. One block from CATA bus route. Walking paths throughout neighborhood, woods nearby for bird watching, hiking, dog walking. Pets negotiable.

Available for weekend or weekly rentals. Contact to discuss monthly rentals. Prices include all utilities.

Really comfortable and perfect for the weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and Deb was super responsive to messages. Great stay!

House was in good location but smaller than expected. In neighborhood with houses close together….. House was in need of updating as furniture has seen better days but was functional. Bathroom was small but appeared to be updated recently. Tv in living area was nice but it was a mystery how to use TV in main bedroom… Good choice for a weekend stay in State College
