As there is little in public transportation in Moorea, outside of taxis, it is worthwhile to rent a vehicle of some type. We found the location of the pension by the images, so easy to find. The garden is much smaller than I expected, so the "garden bungalow" was close to others. But noise was not an issue. The staff friendly and accommodating, as we arrived after a long flight. The Pension is well located to major sites and ease of access to beaches and to restaurants.
The restaurant had uneven service; fresh bread versus stale bread from one day to the next; size of the mains differed by clients. Breakfast might be best served as a buffet style. Being on the ring road, there was noise from the traffic, but at night this was not much of an issue.

The little house has a king bed, desk & shower with patio facing the water which very nice. Nice & quiet. Very private. Thankful that this place you can have breakfast, lunch & dinner at set limit time because there is no other place to go for food.
This is small family run hotel. A guest told me the breakfast is included. Over 3 days, little confused what is part of it or not. Dinner is from 5:30 to 7pm. The guests do enjoy the outdoor dining patio by the water but whether you finish the dinner or not, you need to pay to the owner & the LIGHT will turn off at 7pm as the local lady chef finishes her job. Wish the place has at least one light on Auto timer until may be 9 or 10pm. I am back in my room by 7pm & sleep at 9pm which is too early for me. The place needs maintenance.
Moorea is an island that taxi is the only way to get around or walking. Even this place is 20 mins walk to Hilton Resort, it is not much around. Taxi has to pre order & not easy to get.

For the oceanfront room i think it was a very good value for the price! The room was simple but nice and clean and the view was beautiful. The property is located on the water but you will need to leave the property for better swimming as the water is not the best in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend the ocean front private rooms!
