When entering the apartment you are in the living room, which is equipped with sofa, satellite TV, DVD player and book corner. In the adjoining daylight kitchen you will find a bachelor's kitchen with fridge, two-plate stove and sink. Further you will find there a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water and egg cooker. The spacious dining table invites you to dine together. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with shower, toilet and a hair dryer. The lovely bedroom with two single beds is located on a gallery, which you reach after 12 steps. You will also find a wardrobe there. Parking is available in about 100 m on the Moselle promenade, for free use (marked parking as well as on the side strip). For loading and unloading you can stop in Brandgasse.

Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2 persons. The apartment 1 is located in 1. Floor us is suitable for 3 persons. These can be rented separately or as a whole holiday home. Parking is available in about 100 m on the Moselle promenade, for free use (marked parking as well as on the side strip). For loading and unloading you can stop in Brandgasse. Numerous restaurants and wine bars invite you to stop in Alken. A supermarket and a bakery offer shopping opportunities on site. Pier for round trips as well as day trips to Koblenz or Cochem are within a few minutes walk. We are happy to help you with the planning of excursions. nach einer hektischen Begrüßung der Mitarbeiterin, kurzes herumführen in der Wohnung waren wir etwas enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, da die inserierten Bilder die Wahrheit über den tatsächlichen Zustand der Räumlichkeiten nicht ganz hergaben.Angefangen von Staub und Spinnweben über einen ekelhaften Geruch,der aus dem Kühlschrank und dem Bad drang,kaputte Nachttischschränke und eine Stolperfalle am oberen Ende der Treppe.Und im Jahr 2020 kann man wohl erwarten,das es WLAN in einer Ferienunterkunft gibt.
