Our family-owned condo is situated in Building E, the closest building to the ocean. You'll feel truly connected to the beach with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez right from your patio. All photos of the pools and beach have been taken from the condo itself, showcasing the breathtaking scenery you can enjoy during your stay. Recently, our condo underwent a complete remodel aimed at preserving the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort while incorporating essential modern amenities to enhance your experience. Upgrades include complimentary high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, and HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.
Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.
The condo is a stunning penthouse featuring a large living room. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor and includes a private patio. On the main floor, the Pineapple bedroom boasts beach views and is furnished with a King-size bed. Additionally, the main level offers a balcony with a spacious bar-top seating area, ideal for unwinding and taking in the breathtaking views of the resort's private pools and the waves rolling in on the beach.
The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.
We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time to Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor, our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. Even if you don't have cellular coverage in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Also included in the Digital Welcome Book is a complete list of Google Map Directions of nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, must-see attractions, and various other popular things to do and see during your stay. My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, well stocked, and had a comfortable master bed. It is exactly as pictured online. The view from the balconies was amazing. The resort felt safe and the grounds were well kept. My husband used the heated pool and was happy with the temperature. We ate at Colin's Cantina where the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to return and I would recommend Scott's condo.

Super cute condo. The view was awesome. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on the property it was good. Weather was windy and chilly so no swim up bar but the jacuzzi was nice.

This was our third stay in this condo - every visit we have enjoyed the best views one could ask for, and have made special memories! The condo has everything you need - beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, and Scott is easy to reach with any questions we have had. We also love the resort itself - the staff, the grounds, the pools, sitting under the palapas enjoying the ocean view. It is always hard to leave!

As a person that goes to Rocky Point 6-8 times a year I put this condo on the top of the list. The view is breathtaking being a corner unit. The decor is inviting, beautiful, and very comfortable. It’s very tastefully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with quality kitchenware.
The host is extremely gracious, accommodating and helpful with your needs. I would recommend this condo or the other one they have to any of my friends. You will not be disappointed renting this unit.
