Close to old town, beautiful views, nicely appointed room, friendly staff, beautiful pool
Meals were hectic with the crowds, resort was not an Italian experience: it was a German experience. Everything was in German including the entertainment. We were not made aware that this was a German resort and found ourselves wanting an Italian experience.

Curato nei minimi dettagli. Relax garantito al 100%. Stanza veramente carina è accogliente fin da subito. Letti comodissimi. Ho apprezzato molto anche l'intrattenimento serale, dopo una giornata in spiaggia è stato piacevole piacevole restare ad ascoltarli (band ecc.) e passare il tempo fuori.
Meritano il massimo dei voti per l'esperienza generale, ma c'è un aspetto in cui il servizio potrebbe migliorare significativamente: la gestione del cibo per chi ha intolleranze.
Nonostante la disponibilità,avrei gradito una gestione più precisa e autonoma. Ogni giorno, ad ogni pasto (colazione inclusa) ho dovuto chiedere specificamente il pane o la brioche senza glutine, poiché non erano inseriti nel normale allestimento del buffet. Una migliore segnalazione nel buffet come un'area dedicata renderebbe il servizio impeccabile e lontano da contaminazione (anche perché prima di arrivare, avevo comunicato delle nostre esigenze alimentari specifiche). Stesso discorso per il cibo senza lattosio: al mattino una varietà di cornetti tranne quello senza lattosio/vegan...

The property is clean and very nice. It is all German clientele which is fine but we were very isolated and slightly less catered for being the only English.
The site is lovely all round, but very German which was the hotels main focus which is understandable.
