La struttura in generale. La qualità dei servizi, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. La totale pulizia non solo delle camere, ma di tutto il resort.
Dopo I primi giorni stanca un po' sentire lunghe descrizioni e spiegazioni in lingua tedesca, per poi essere tradotti in poche e sbrigative parole in italiano

A wonderful place with breathtaking views and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Close to old town, beautiful views, nicely appointed room, friendly staff, beautiful pool
Meals were hectic with the crowds, resort was not an Italian experience: it was a German experience. Everything was in German including the entertainment. We were not made aware that this was a German resort and found ourselves wanting an Italian experience.

The property is clean and very nice. It is all German clientele which is fine but we were very isolated and slightly less catered for being the only English.
The site is lovely all round, but very German which was the hotels main focus which is understandable.
