The garden and swimming pool area were beautiful, with lush vegetation and trees, and very well maintained. The apartment was nice and quiet. Although it is close to the airport and an airplane occasionally flies overhead, this was not too disturbing.
The cleaning service was good and the staff were friendly. The apartment is fairly basic, but it has everything you need to prepare simple meals, including a coffee machine and a toaster. There are several small shops, as well as cozy cafés and restaurants nearby.
The location is also convenient: Santa Cruz is only a 10‑minute drive away and about a 60‑minute walk. Would definitely recommend!
A few things to mention: the proximity to the airport means that occasionally a plane flies overhead. The sunbeds were a bit hard and did not have cushions. Also, for me personally, the bed was a bit too firm. Other than that, everything was good.

Everything was clean, the pool and gardens were well kept. The location was good and we always managed to get parked. There was a large fridge. It was quiet in the development. Beds clean and comfortable.
There were three of us so two of us sat on the sofa and one had to sit on the hard dining chairs. The equipment was basic, and there was no kettle. The dining chairs were very basic and uncomfortable. It was quite cold at night and there were not enough bed covers.
