House was clean - the beds were made and clean towels were available. It was easy to get in and get settled in. The big backyard was amazing for kids to run around. Loved that the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and toilet were clean and had soap & shampoo in there
The only thing that was a little annoying was ants coming in from outside but there were cleaning products there to help clean up quickly

Check in is late and Check out is early. Do not accommodate early check in or late checkout.

Great house with large backyard perfect for a bit of family cricket. The accomodation was super clean and had everything we needed. If you like to cook, this kitchen has everything you could desire!
Would only recommend fans that can be used in the bedrooms. There is a great AC unit in the living area, however the rooms got quite heated overnight.

Modern, comfortable, had aircon!
The blinds are not a great idea for summer when the windows are open at night to keep cool, the blinds bang against the window edges. A second key would be helpful for a house of this size. A few mixing bowls are needed.
