Aussicht traumhaft, Lage perfekt alles in der Nähe, Parkplatz, zwei Duschen, zwei WC's.... Balkon ist klein aber schön

Ausstattung ist etwas mitgenommen (zerrissene Vorhänge, Doppelbett quietscht, Stuhlbezüge zerrissen bzw. geplatzt, drei Deckenleuchten haben nicht funktioniert, aber die Wand-und Spiegelbeleuchtung gingen, deswegen kein großes Problem, Duschkopf hält nicht an der Wand) etwas staubiger Boden vor allem in den Ecken....

Sve je bilo kako smo se dogovorili,Ines je jedna divna gospodja,koja pruza prijateljski vibe vec pri prvom susretu. Sto se tice smestaja,sve je kao sto stoji u opisu,cak sta vise,uzivo je jos bolje,jer treba doziveti i uzivati u kafenisanju na tom balkonu koji gleda na celo Selce i na Crikvenicu!

A matracok elhasználtak voltak, igy az éjszakai pihenés nem volt megfelelő.

The property is new and well maintained. It is clean, spacious and has a beautiful sea view. The staff are very friendly and quickly attend to any questions or wishes. Great air conditioning.

The mattresses are not comfortable, it felt like we didn’t have a mattress, too hard and bent. We were missing a toaster as well. The internet worked flawlessly for the first 5 days. The last 4 days it only worked until 10am in the morning. This was very annoying. In addition, the apartment is located in an apartment complex where a lot of noise comes from the connected and surrounding buildings. This is not something that an owner of the apartment can fix, it is a general problem with inconsiderate people, who decide to talk loudly and sing until middle of the night on their balconies. However it should be considered by the owners to replace the aluminium chairs on the balconies, as they are very noisy on the tiles and to provide the tourists with house rules and a number to call in case these are not being observed. Also, it should be forbidden to clean apartments at 11pm at night, which was unfortunately the case for the apartment in the building next to our apartment. The isolation is so bad that it sounded like someone was vacuuming right next to our head.
