Apartments Eduard

The location is very good, 50-60 m from the see and a pebble beach. This is why we chose it. A good restaurant is just at the corner. Small village, nice for familyes. The place has enough space but the appartment needs some renovations. There is a washing machine, very usefull. We had a AC unit, not very needed because in the appartment is not so hot. The beds are ok, clean. In the kitchen we had about everything we needed for 2 kids and 4 adults.

There are some water infiltrations in the walls in the living room, bathroom and one bedroom and the air is moist and smels if you do not keep the windows open all the time. Also the walls in the living room, under the AC unit, are dirty. Some parts of the house were clean, but some parts needed to be cleaned. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and had only 2 big towels and 4 small towels. You can wash them, but we would have needed it more big towels for the shower.

Very good location, close to the sea!

I believe the place is crying for a serious upgrade. Old, broken furniture is masked, covered. The shower head wasn't holding up at all. The kitchen area is extremely small, with no shelves. Tap in the kitchen is like a shower, water went everywhere. Old, stained furniture and cushions. Broken balcony umbrella, another door was blocked to stop entry to the balcony. Also very disappointing that there was no standing drying rack. And very, very disgusting is that all the walls have lots of mosquito bloody splatter. Dust everywhere and windows were greasie.It takes wet cloth to clean it all off. SO I DONT FORGET, WIFI WAS INCLUDED, BUT THERE WAS ONE SPOT WHERE WE COULD OR NOT GET SIGNAL. KIDS WERE SITTING BY THE FRONT DOOR OR IF I HAD TO MAKE PHONE CALL FOR FAMILY I HAD TO HO OUTSIDE. ☹️
