We didnt realize that the breakfast was very expensive before we had to pay as there was no posted cost of it anywhere, and my german caused me to misunderstand the quoted cost on the first day.

Maria ist super. Vielen Dank für unsere Wünsche. Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht vor unserem Terrasse ist herrlich. Wir können alles nah erreichen, wie das Einkaufen, das Restaurant und die Wanderungen. Sommerrodelbahn ist fast vor der Haustür.

Sie war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Barrierefrei, Aufzug, Parkplatz (kostenlos) vorm Haus ! Ganz viel Liebe zum Detail in der Dekoration. Die Nähe zum Ortskern und zum See ein träumchen

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in großem Zimmer und gutem Frühstück.

Ruhige Lage, trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, überraschend großes Zimmer mit Balkon und guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Sonderwünsche wurden gern erfüllt.

Es gab keine Mängel.

Schöne und perfektgelegene Wohnung für Familien

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und großzügig vom Platz her. Die Küche ist mit einem Kaffeevollautomaten von Delongi (für Kaffeebohnen) und einer zusätzlichen Filterkaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die Terrasse, mit ihrem atemberaubenden Ausblick, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Bäder sind neu und schön renoviert. Unsere Kinder liebten den Spielraum. Die Lage ist für Familien super! Ein paar Kilometer zum Badestrand am Walchsee. In Fußnähe ist die Sommerrodelbahn und der Zahme Kaiser.

Eine Spülmaschine wäre toll gewesen.

Wir waren 2 Tage in Walchsee und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war super und Maria eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten auch bereits mittags einchecken.

teleurstellend verblijf in dit etablissement in verder schitterend dal met vriendelijke bevolking.

Onze kamer was schoon. Voor het hotel waren genoeg parkeer plaatsen. Het uitzicht aan de andere kant van het gebouw, waar we niet zaten, was schitterend. We zijn naar een hotel in de buurt gewandeld waar we op hun terras wel van het bergpanorama konden genieten, onder genot van een koel drankje van hun vriendelijke bediening.

Bij de aankomst was er geen persoonlijke ontvangst. Er stond een belknop op een tafel. Op de tafel lagen allerlei folders en zo. Het Wifi paswoord stond op een aparte standaard. Er was geen receptionist. We hebben ter plekke, bij de tafel met de folders, moeten telefoneren om onze aankomst mede te delen. Tussen de folders bleek een key card te liggen die voor ons bleek te zijn. DiY checkin. De online gästekarte met kortingen heeft nooit gewerkt. Wij hadden specifiek dit hotel gevonden omdat, volgens booking.com, huisdieren uitdrukkelijk waren toegestaan. Omdat er geen receptie was konden we dit niet aangeven. Na vertrek ontvingen we per SMS een hoge naheffing a 25 /dag voor onze hond. Na een dag rijden dachten we dan rust te hebben. Per de booking.com app kregen we een bericht van de onzichtbare eigenaar: "Anmeldung abgeben. Danke." De weinige communicatie tijdens ons verblijf bleef dit staccato patroon volgen. "Habt ihr einen Hund mit?" "Wie haben unser Bello dabei". "Wäre schön wenn man das vorher bescheid gibt!". Op de dag van vertrek: "check out bis 9:30". Enz. Wel wat bijdehand, op het onvriendelijke af. Het inferieure bergpanorama wat we kregen stemde niet overeen met het superieure bergpanorama dat in de foto's van booking.com bij de kamer was gepresenteerd. Het superieure uitzicht behoort bij kamers aan de achterkant. Dan moet daarmee ook niet worden verleid. Samengevat: Bei aankomst geen persoonlijke ontvangst, nauwelijks communicatie, bijna onbeleefd. De koelkast en de kookplaat werken niet. In de kamer ontbreken basale dingen: afval zakken of afval emmers, duschgel. Er zijn werkelijk overal verbodsbepalingen: De hond uitlaten op het grasveld voor het gebouw? Een plakkaat op een lantaarnpaal zegt: Streng verboden; met 2200 EURO (sic!) boete als de hond op de wei zijn behoefte zou doen !?! Afval niet scheiden? Volgens gemeentelijk informatieblad over Mülltrennung; boete!

Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten 😊
