Courtyard by Marriott Paris Arcueil

Location was good for the Porte de Versailles event.

Prices were elevated for the trade event.

Disappointing stay at the hotel. Restaurants could not provide dinners due to some operational issues. We booked for bed and breakfast but was denied breakfast on the 1st 2 days. No porter services available. Very far from central attractions. Better to pay a higher rate at another hotel for service and transport convenience.

Broken shower, extract fan not working and AC not working

The best breakfast ever, clean and spacious rooms, super nice staff

Location was a little bit far from metro station and the hotel was so cold, they did not turn on their heating system even in the last week of October

Staff are super friendly and helpful, we booked a room with a balcony which was fab. We didn’t realise the hotel was a few steps from a shopping centre which was an added bonus. Bed was big and room super clean

View on the trash cans of the first floor, i am certain the hotel wasnt that booked that they could have given a room with something a bit more decent

Terrible experience. Had my money stolen from my wallet in my room. Reported to staff. Received no follow up. I saw a review saying they had their things stolen as well, should have taken it as a sign. Book at your own cost!

I entered the hotel, having booked the hotel over a month ago. I was met in a long line of people. Those people had recieved there cards and checked in having paid by card. We then asked if we can check in and they said no we have to wait till 3pm. After that time, we waited for about two more hours. It was now 3pm and the staff at the reception said we have to pay €50 and city tax. These two things were not specified at the start or on the booking.com site. It was then told that if we do not pay the money we will not be able to stay at the hotel. We asked if we can see their terms and conditions stating this. They did not have any form to show us that stated anything. The manager then came out and said we must pay the deposit, because she said so. We then said we will pay the €50 and the city tax she then decided to say she will like to cancel the booking. We asked why and she said because. She started to raise her voice and said we are not welcome here. I think she was being racist. I asked her if she can show me that she cancelled the booking and she refuses to show me the screen. I said I wanted my money back and she said she will call the police. She then refused to give us back our stuff. I then said we should get out. She did not want to listen to any of the comments that we had for improvements and just spoke rudely. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. They are rude disrespectful! Terrible customer service and no respect for any of there customers
