THE PRIORY
The Priory, built in the 1930's, is a magnificent 4 storey sandstone home occupying 1600 square metres of land in prestigious Palm Beach. The Pittwater views are enhanced by the horizon swimming pool and beautiful native tree line. The stunning interior design and original artworks blend the old and new to create an attractive, comfortable and stately environment. This grand mansion is an idyllic private hideaway.
The gardens are beautifully manicured and framed with sandstone creating a tranquil environment to maximise the water views of Pittwater and the National Park.
Stroll across the road to have a wonderful dining experience at the Relais et Chateaux, Jonah's Restaurant.
You will enjoy total privacy in this luxurious setting.
FEATURES
The Priory has 4 bedrooms (3 of which have ensuites), each with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom is very spacious. The master bedroom boasts a sunken spa and walk in wardrobe and occupies the entire top storey.
The oversized kitchen has everything you ever wanted in your own home and more. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining table and sunroom, with Smart tv, that leads out to the top deck for informal entertaining where you can enjoy sundowners and/or breakfast views over Pittwater & Kurringai National Park.
The more formal lounge room is perfect for a quiet book curled up on the couch and in the winter you can luxuriate in front of the open fire in the original sandstone fireplace.
The mid level boasts a separate media room featuring a drop screen and sound system.
Taking a leisurely dip in the horizon swimming pool with heated spa is a must! A beautiful cabana with gas BBQ is located next to the pool.
On the pool level is another sunroom with dining table, Smart tv, and more kitchen facilities. Perfect for poolside dining.

My family and I stayed at the Priory for three nights for a family wedding at Jonah's. The location and house were perfect for us with two very young grandchildren for which we arranged a babysitter. The house and pool are stunning. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Truly a beautiful historic home and a real oasis. Lovely spot for a group of friends to eat, drink and spend time together! House feels large with lots of seating areas for both privacy if you want to be alone but also gatherings. Really loved it! The street and location also fantastic right near Whale and Palm Beach. And the pool has incredible greenery and bird watching around it! Plus a water view of Pittwater.

I used the Priory as base for my bridesmaids and family for the day of and day prior to my wedding in Palm Beach. The house was simply stunning and classic in every way. All of the bedrooms were so generous in size, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space for us to be able to have meals together and for us all to get ready. The grounds were kept immaculate. The house was immaculate. Everything we could have needed was provided. The view of the water was beautiful. The pool and outdoor area were divine.
Also, having a Northern beaches parking sticker provided was brilliant, and not someone people think of needing until you are there.
Claudia, our property manager was beyond accommodating and thoughtful. Her communication was exceptional, a huge thank you to her for making it a wonderful experience.
