Good and confortable.

The location is excelent and the room and breakfast were good. The hotel is a bit old, need renovation, but the price was very good, considering the location and everything else.

The shower in the room bathroom is not good, as water goes everywhere in the bathroom when showering. Also the window in the bathroom facing a place where there are pigeons making noise.

Great Stay for a Business Trip in the Heart of the City

I stayed at this hotel for 16 nights on a business trip, and the experience was very positive. The value for money is excellent. My room was quite spacious. The central location allowed me to explore the city in the evenings after work. The room was cleaned every morning. The staff were very kind and efficient. Thank you!

Location and convenience, we had a late flight so 24/7 check in is great. The room is small but there is a fridge.

We were close to the maids, so at 8 am when they start working and talking we were woken up, but there wasn’t noise from the outside. It is impossible not to flood entire bathroom while showering, because there are no cabin doors

Good central hotel to explore Heraklion.

It’s centrally located in Heraklion. We were able to explore the city easily from The hotel every day. The room was clean. Bathroom was modern with a powerful Shower.

The room was very small, as was the bathroom. The bar area was dark, uninviting and hence not used. I think it may have been closed.

Great location! Smack in the middle of the town! The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall the room was clean and the bathroom was renovated (but tiny)!

The shower was tiny! You had to step out of it so you could wash yourself. Water splashed everywhere. Didn't even try to wash my hair. Also the bed covers and linens should get an upgrade.

The location is great, right in the city center. The facilities were ok, the room was cleaned daily.

Some of the reception staff is not friendly and won’t allow other persons (friends or family) to get into the hotel. You also have to leave the key at the reception every time you go out. No hairdryer in the room.

It is in the center of town, however very quiet in the room so one can sleep well. Clean, Nice.

It is in the very center, though my room was very quiet, it didn't look on the street but it looked on an inner gong. Planes can be heared but at night there were not many so i could sleep well. The room is clean and nice.

Great value for the location, but with limitations

The location is great as far as location to the airport and to the attractions of the old town. The AC worked well and the water pressure was great.

It was difficult to find parking close to the hotel so I would suggest packing only what you need for the stay, which is what I did and left the rest in the car. There was no phone in the room which made a wake up call impossible. Also, being close to the airport meant that the bed moved when a plane moved nearby.
